How to add a network printer?
1. Click on “Start” on the left lower corner of your monitor (fig1)
2. Click on “Run” (fig1)

3. Type \printserv in the address bar next to the word “Open” (fig2)

4. Click “OK” (fig2)

5. Double click on the printer that you would like to add.  (See fig 3)

It will take 30 seconds to a minute to add the printer, please be patient.  After the printer is added, you should be able to go to any applications (ex: MS word, Internet Explorer) and print to the printer you have just added.  Follow the step 1 through 5 to add another network printer.  Go to http://www.carrs.msu.edu/help if you have questions.
